Kate Humble served up tasty quick and easy to make Scandinavian inspired rye soda bread with gin cured salmon and a potato and dill salad on Escape To The Farm.

The ingredient for the rye bread are: 25g oats, boiling water to soak the oats for 10-15 minutes, 400g natural yoghurt, 1 tbsp dark brown sugar, 400g rye flour, 1 1/2 bicarbonate soda and 1 tsp salt.
