Phil Vickery Spring feast with asparagus, potatoes and wild garlic recipe on This Morning

Phil Vickery served up a tasty Spring feast with asparagus, potatoes and wild garlic on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 100g butter, 500g small Jersey Royal potatoes, salt, ground black pepper, 8 sprigs of fresh mint, 4 chopped , 500g asparagus, 500g in small cubes, pancetta or streaky bacon, 2 large bunches wild garlic, finely chopped, 1 large bunch watercress and 1 frozen baguette, toasted and sliced into shards.

For the dressing: 100mls oil (of choice), 30mls vinegar (of choice), 2 tsp Dijon mustard and Pinch of sugar.
