Clodagh McKenna served up a delicious quick and easy no-bake cheesecake with digestive biscuits, hazelnuts and lemon juice on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 250g digestive biscuits / graham crackers , 80g hazelnuts (or almonds, walnuts or chocolate nibs) , 100g cup butter , 300ml double/whipping cream , 340g cream cheese , Zest of 3 lemons, juice of 2 lemons and 150g caster / superfine sugar.
