Juliet Sear Easter traybake with vanilla butter icing recipe on This Morning

Juliet Sear served up a delicious Easter traybake with vanilla butter icing and cake sprinkles on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 300g softened unsalted butter, 300g white caster sugar, 2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract, 6 medium free range eggs, 300g self raising flour, ½ tsp salt , ½ tsp baking powder, 100ml milk and 3 tablespoons bright cake sprinkles.

For the buttercream icing: 500g soft unsalted butter, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1kg icing sugar and Food colouring pastes of your choice.
