Freddy and Tristan Forster served up a delicious pineapple upside down cake on today’s episode of Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 260g golden treacle, 6 rings of pineapple, 11 pieces glace cherries, 300g caster sugar, 300g unsalted soft butter, 300g self-raising flour, 2g baking powder, 1tsp vanilla paste, 4 medium free range eggs and 40ml full fat milk.
For the glazing syrup: 100ml honey, 100ml pineapple juice, from the tin and 75g golden syrup.
