Melissa Hemsley spicy nutty noodles with peanut butter, chicken and a fried egg recipe on Lorraine

Melissa Hemsley served up spicy nutty noodles with peanut butter, chicken, cabbage and a fried egg in her Healthy Kitchen on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 165g whole-wheat noodles, Extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 tsp oil, ½ cabbage, leaves finely shredded, 3 spring onions, sliced, 2 eggs, Sea salt and black pepper, 100g leftover cooked chicken, shredded (optional).

For the sauce: 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter, or other nut/seed butter, 1-2 tsp chilli flakes (to taste), 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil, 2 tbsp tamari and A pinch of sea salt (or to taste).
