Juliet Sear served up delicious sweet and savoury midweek pizza bombs with a chocolate and hazelnut spread on This Morning.
The ingredients are: Extra virgin olive oil, Polenta or semolina, for dusting, Butter, for brushing, 1 sheet of store bought pizza dough (or you can make your own), 12 tsp of shop bought pizza sauce (or if you like, make your own marinara sauce), 12 heaped tbsp of grated mozzarella cheese , Finely grated Parmesan, A little dried oregano, and any additional ingredients you like to stuff into the dough.
To serve with the savoury bombs: Extra warm marinara sauce or garlic butter.
To make chocolate pizza bombs: 1-2tsp chocolate hazelnut spread and approximately 5 small sized marshmallows.
