Juliet Sear served up delicious millionaires store cupboard flapjacks with cereals, chocolate and caramel from the store-cupboard on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 75g oats, 75g cornflakes, 75g crispies, 150g butter, 90g sugar and 75g golden syrup, maple syrup or honey.

If making into millionaires, see below:

For the caramel: 1x 397g tin of condensed milk, 160 unsalted butter, 160 light brown muscovado sugar, 50g golden syrup and sea salt ½ tsp.

For the Chocolate topping: 350g dark chocolate chips or broken chocolate, 50g butter, 80g white chocolate chips or broken chocolate (optional).
