James Martin served up a delicious and quick to make apple tart with a homemade whipped cream, walnut and honey ice cream on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 x 320g ready made all butter puff pastry sheet, 1 egg yolk, 1 x 300g jar apple sauce, blitzed, 4 Cox apples sliced, 50g butter melted and 50g caster sugar.

To serve: 300ml double cream, lightly whipped, 4 tbsp runny honey and 100g walnuts, chopped.
