John Torode venison with mushrooms, herbs and whisky sauce recipe on This Morning

John Torode served up tasty venison with mushrooms, herbs and whisky sauce in Scotland on This Morning.

The ingredients are: Olive oil, for frying, 1 celeriac, peeled and coarsely grated, 5 parsnips, coarsely grated, 500g venison fillet, 2 or 3 sprigs fresh rosemary, 1 tbsp butter, 1 shallot, finely sliced, 250g wild mushrooms, sliced, 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon, 2 tbsp whisky, 2 tbsp double cream, Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
