Catherine Tyldesley apple and blackberry cobbler with yoghurt recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Catherine Tyldesley served up a delicious apple and blackberry cobbler with yoghurt on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients for the apple and blackberry filling are: 4 eating apples, peeled, core removed and chopped, 200g frozen or fresh blackberries, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 lemon, rind removed and 2 tbsp maple syrup.

For the cobbler topping: 175g self-raising flour, 125g unsalted butter, cut into cubes, fridge cold, 50g oats, 2 tbsp maple syrup/honey and 2 tbsp natural yoghurt.

To serve: 200g natural yoghurt.
