Liam Charles showcased his tasty tear-and-share pizza star bread with pesto aioli and a garlic and herb dip for today’s technical challenge on Junior Bake Off 2021.
The ingredient for the dough are: 350g self-raising flour, plus extra for dusting, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt and 300g natural yoghurt.
For the topping: 4 tbsp passata and 100g pre-grated mozzarella, grated.
For the pesto aioli: 100g mayonnaise, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp garlic paste and Pinch of salt.
For the garlic and herb dip: 80g mayonnaise, 80g soured cream, 2 tsp white wine vinegar, 1 tsp garlic paste, ½ tsp dried oregano, ½ tsp dried parsley and Pinch of salt.
