Rick Stein served up tasty Cornish mussels with sorrel, cider and cream on Rick Stein’s Cornwall.
The ingredients include: mussels, garlic, spring onions, butter, 200ml vintage cider, cream, black pepper and a bouquet garni of parsley, thyme, bay leaves and sorrel.
