Jack Stein served up a tasty easy peasy pasta with seasonal greens on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 3 tbsp olive oil plus more if needed, 1 onion, finely chopped, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 100g grated Parmesan cheese dan Parmesan rind, 500g fired rigatoni or penne pasta, 400g mixed green vegetables, 1 tsp butter plus an extra knob for the pasta, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt and pepper
