Lisa Faulkner Boxing Day mac and cheese with pigs in blankets recipe on Lorraine

Lisa Faulkner served up a tasty mac ‘n’ cheese with pigs in blankets for Boxing Day on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 16 pigs in blankets, 390g macaroni, 50g butter, 50g plain flour, 600ml milk, 1 tsp mustard powder, A good splash of Worcestershire sauce, Salt and ground black pepper, 300g grated cheese, plus a little extra for sprinkling (use leftover bits you have in the fridge, Cheddar, Gruyere, Parmesan or even a little Stilton), 65g breadcrumbs and Sprinkling of chopped parsley (optional).
