Lisa Faulkner served up a delicious chocolate orange frangipane cake with mandarins for a different type of Christmas pudding on to day’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients: 200g salted butter, softened, 200g caster sugar, 3 large eggs, 50g cocoa powder, 150g ground almonds, 1 tsp orange extract, 1 tin mandarins in syrup (drained), 150ml double cream whipped and put into a piping bag with a star nozzle or just use a tin of spray cream!
Chocolate orange or orange chocolate, to grate (optional).
