Nadia Sawalha makes a gnocchi with pine nuts and kale pesto dish and rhubarb crumble dessert on the Alan Titchmarsh show that both looked very quick and easy to make.
To make her gnocchi with pine nuts dish, Nadia blends cheese, pine nuts, lemon zest, blanched broccli and kale in a food processor.
She then fried onions, garlic and gnocchi in olive oil until brown, then added the mixture from the food processor.
Cream was then added before the mixture in the pan is spooned into an oven proof dish and baked at 200C for about 20 minutes.
