John Torode and Lisa Faulkner potato bombas recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty Spanish style potato bombas (potato balls) with leftover roast ham on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 500g potatoes, or leftover mash potato, A few slices of ham or sausagemeat (or whatever filling you like), 1 onion, finely chopped, 1 clove garlic, grated, 1 tsp smoked sweet paprika, 1 tsp chilli flakes, A small dish of plain flour, for crumbing , A few eggs, beaten, for crumbing, A small dish of breadcrumbs, for crumbing, Oil, for frying, Splash of water, Romesco sauce, to serve and Aioli, to serve.
