Phil Spencer beetroot chutney recipe on Kirstie’s handmade Christmas

Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp served up a tasty beetroot chutney for the festive season on Kirstie’s handmade Christmas.

The ingredients include: fresh beetroots, grated apples and pears, a green chilli, ginger, orange, star anise, cumin, cinnamon, cloves and red wine vinegar.
