Lisa Faulkner lemon and blackberry brioche bread and butter pudding with lemon curd recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a delicious lemon and blackberry brioche bread and butter pudding with homemade lemon curd on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 1 brioche loaf, sliced and lightly toasted, 300g blackberries, 100g lemon curd, 2 eggs, 50g caster sugar, plus extra for sprinkling, 100 ml double cream, 400 ml milk and A pinch of salt.

For the lemon curd: 225g caster sugar, 60g unsalted butter, 3 lemons, juice of two, zest of one and 2 large eggs, beaten.
