The Yorkshire Shepherdess chicken and vegetable stew with Yorkshire pudding recipe on This Morning

The Yorkshire Shepherdess served up a tasty chicken and vegetable stew with Yorkshire pudding on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 tbsp rapeseed oil, 1 large onions, diced, 3 cloves garlic, 2 sticks celery, chopped, 2 medium leeks, sliced, 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced, 1 small swede, peeled and diced, 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced, 4 medium parsnips, peeled and sliced, 4 chicken thighs, 2 tbsp plain flour, 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 100g barley, soaked overnight, 800ml hot chicken stock, Small bunch of rosemary , Small bunch of thyme, 400g can haricot beans, drained, 150g frozen peas, defrosted, Small bunch fresh parsley, chopped, Salt and black pepper to season.
