Sabrina Ghayour served up a tasty spiced pork stew on Ainsley’s Food We Love.
The ingredients are: vegetable oil, 1kg boneless pork shoulder, cut into 4cm chunks, 3 tbsp medium curry powder, 1 tbsp garlic granules, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp ground coriander, 1 tbsp celery salt, 2 heaped tsp ground allspice, 4-5 springs of thyme, leaves picked, 6 fat garlic cloves, thinly sliced, 1 scotch bonnet chilli, pierced but left whole, 4 tomatoes, roughly sliced, Maldon sea salt flakes, if needed, freshly ground black pepper.
To serve: naan bread, or rice and peas.
