Anton Du Beke rum and raisin bread and butter pudding with custard recipe on Ainsley’s Food We Love

Anton Du Beke served up a delicious rum and raisin bread and butter pudding with custard on Ainsley’s Food We Love.

The ingredients are: 60g raisins, 3 tbsp rum, 100g butter, softened, 1 brioche loaf, sliced, 3 tbsp demerara sugar, 500ml double cream, 3 eggs, 3 egg yolks, 1 vanilla pod, seeds removed, 100g caster sugar and 1/2 tsp fresh grated nutmeg.
