Ching He Huang veggie mince with French beans, rehydrated soy and Jasmine rice stir fry recipe on Lorraine

Ching He Huang served up tasty veggie mince with French beans rehydrated soy and Jasmine rice stir fry on Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 300g rehydrated soy textured protein mince (see step 1 below for instructions), 1 tbsp rapeseed oil, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped , 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, ½ tsp Chinese five-spice powder, 1 tsp dark soy sauce
, 1 tbsp Shaohsing rice wine or dry sherry, 150g French beans, sliced on the angle into 1cm pieces , 50ml cold vegetable stock, 1 tbsp tamari or low- sodium light soy sauce, 1 tbsp Chinkiang black rice vinegar or balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil , Pinch of ground white pepper, 2 tbsp chilli oil and Handful of coriander, to garnish.
