Simon Rimmer served up tasty duck with walnuts, pomegranate and mash potatoes recipe on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 4 duck legs, 1 sliced onion, 2 sliced garlic cloves, 100g walnuts, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses, a handful chopped mint and parsley, the zest and juice of 1 orange and 500ml chicken stock.

To Serve: buttery mash and pomegranate seeds.
