the ingredients are: 50g unsalted butter, softened, plus extra for greasing, 50g soft brown sugar, 50g golden syrup, 50g plain flour, 75g crystallised ginger, finely chopped, 50g flaked almonds, 1 orange, zest only, 200g dark chocolate and 65g white chocolate.
