James Martin marshmallows masterclass with a goat’s milk sauce on This Morning

James Martin served up delicious homemade marshmallows with a goat’s milk sauce in this week’s food masterclass on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 900g granulated sugar, 2tbs liquid glucose, 400ml water, 4 large egg whites, 18 sheets of gelatine, soaked for 5 mins in cold water, 1 tsp vanilla extract, Veg oil for greasing, 6 tbsp icing sugar and 6 tbsp cornflour.

For the sauce: 600ml goats milk, 200g caster sugar , 100ml golden syrup, 2 cinnamon sticks broken up and 1 tsp baking powder.
