Andi Oliver served up tasty Sweet Potato Coconut Farls on Sunday Brunch with Simon Rimmer.

The ingredients are: 100g mashed sweet potato, 50g coconut flour, 50g wheat flour, 10g finely chopped spring onion tops and flat leaf parsley combined, 20ml roast garlic and roast onion puree, 40ml coconut milk and 30ml (approx) cold water.
