Nadiya Hussain blueberry and lavender scone pizza with clotted cream and blueberry jam recipe on Nadiya Bakes

Nadiya Hussain served up a tasty light and crumbly blueberry and lavender scone pizza with clotted cream and blueberry jam on Nadiya Bakes.

The ingredients are: 350g self-raising flour, sifted, plus a little extra for dusting, pinch salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 85g unsalted butter, softened, 45g caster sugar, 1 tsp dried lavender, crushed, 1 lemon, zest only and 175ml full-fat milk, at room temperature.

For the topping: 2 x 227g tubs clotted cream, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, 100g blueberry jam, 180g fresh blueberries and ½ lemon, zest only.
