Ainsley Harriott tiramisu recipe on Ainsley’s Food We Love

Ainsley Harriott served up delicious tiramisu with golden caster sugar and kahlua liqueur on Ainsley’s Food We Love.

The ingredients: 120ml cold espresso coffee or extra strong coffee, 3 tbsp golden caster sugar, 5 tbsp Kahlua liqueur (or try rum, marsala or amaretto), 2 eggs, separated, 250g mascarpone, ½ tsp vanilla extract, 200ml double cream, Good quality unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting and 1 packet savoiardi biscuits (175g).

To decorate: good quality milk or dark chocolate.
