Simon Rimmer Cola Cooked Ham Hocks with Butter Beans recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty Cola Cooked Ham Hocks with Butter Beans on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredient are: 3 ham hocks, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 100ml dry vermouth, 1 can of full fat coke, 100ml rice vinegar, 30ml of soy sauce, 200ml stock, 2 bay leaf, 1 chilli halved, 1 star anise, 1 diced red onion, 2 chopped stalks of celery, 100g brown sugar, 100ml cider vinegar, tbsp soy sauce and tbsp miso paste, 2 tins of butter beans and 1 tbsp chopped parsley.
