James Martin peach crumble cake with honey and cream recipe on This Morning

James Martin served up a delicious peach crumble cake with honey cream on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 200g caster sugar, 200g butter, softened, 4 eggs, 200g self raising flour and 3 peaches, halved, stoned and thinly sliced.

For the crumble: 100g plain flour, Half tsp cinnamon ground, 50g butter, diced and 50g demerara sugar.

To serve: 2 tbsp honey and 300ml double cream whipped.
