Nisha Katona Mowgli Paneer recipe on Sunday Brunch

Nisha Katona served up a tasty Mowgli Paneer with peas and rice on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 4 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 green chilli, pierced, 2 white onions, finely diced, 5 garlic cloves, minced, 5cm piece of fresh root ginger, peeled and grated, 1/2 tsp ground turmeric, 1/4 tsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp ground fenugreek, 3 tsp tomato puree/paste, 200g canned chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 100g frozen peas, 200g spinach, washed and drained, 250g paneer cheese, 1/2 bunch of fresh coriander and 2 green chillies, deseeded and thinly sliced.
