John Torode Jamaican ginger beer with homemade cordial recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up delicious Jamaican ginger beer with homemade cordial on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 300g soft brown sugar, 300ml water, 2 tsp ground ginger, 200g fresh ginger, roughly chopped and crushed, 1 clove, 500mls sparkling water and 100mls lime juice.
