Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up a tasty potato salad with salsa verde using Lisa’s grandmother’ recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients for the potato salad: 300g maris piper potatoes, 1 bunch of spring onions, thinly sliced, 1 tbsp parsley, chopped, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp salad cream, 1 tsp dijon mustard, Salt and pepper.
For the salsa verde: Big handful of parsley, Big handful of basil, White bread, cubed and soaked in vinegar, Tin of anchovies, use as many as desired and Big spoonful of capers.
To serve: John Torode’s roast pork belly.
