Simon Rimmer served up tasty Gnocchi with salmon peas and herbs on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredient are: 600g floury potatoes (like russet), 1 large egg, salt, pepper, 450g of flour, 1 finely sliced onion, a clove of garlic, 100ml of white wine, juice of 1 lemon, 300ml of cream, 250g salmon fillet, 50g of peas. 25g each of chopped mint and dill, oil and butter for frying.
For the topping: 100g of fresh breadcrumbs, 75ml of melted butter, zest of half a lemon and 1 tsp of garlic powder.
