Juliet Sears served up delicious scones with jam and clotted cream for Mother’s Day afternoon tea on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 230g Self Raising flour (plus a little extra for rolling), 60g cold butter, cubed, 30g golden caster sugar, 150ml Milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 egg (for the egg wash), jam and clotted cream to serve.
