Simon Rimmer banana and peanut butter pudding recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious banana and peanut butter pudding on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 125ml milk, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, 45g of butter, 2 eggs, 150g sugar, 375g self raising flour, tsp cinnamon and 2 sliced bananas.

For the Sauce: 225ml whole milk, 125g soft brown sugar, 75g smooth peanut butter and 1 tsp vanilla bean paste.
