Marcus Wearing one-pot wonder with haddock and lentils recipes on This Morning

Marcus Wearing served up a tasty one-pot wonder dish with haddock, lentils, basil and mascarpone cheese on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 4 skinless, boneless haddock fillets (about 150g each), 4 tbsp rock salt, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 onions, thinly sliced, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika, 2 tbsp tomato purée, 250ml tomato juice, 600ml good-quality chicken or vegetable stock, 250g puy lentils, well rinsed, 1 tbsp olive oil, 100g mascarpone, 2 tbsp milk, Grated zest of ½ a lemon and ½ a bunch of basil, leaves picked.
