John Torode served up tasty Christmas pies with puff pastry and leftover turkey, sour cream and gravy filling on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 50g butter, 1 large onion, peeled and sliced, 100g leftover boiled potatoes, thinly sliced, 300g leftover turkey meat, pulled apart, 100ml sour cream/creme fraiche or leftover gravy, Salt and pepper.
