Phil Vickery served up a delicious steamed sponge pudding with raspberry jam and custard recipe on This Morning.

The ingredients are: Melted butter to grease the basins, 9 tbsp Wilkin’s Sweet Tip Raspberry jam, 3 medium eggs at room temperature, 125g caster sugar, 100g plain flour, sieved, 75g melted, salted butter melted and Bird’s custard, to serve.
