Simon Rimmer served up tasty Boozy Clams with Tomato and Beans on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1 sliced red onion, 4 cloves garlic, 15g tomato puree, 200ml light beer, 250g cherry tomatoes, Tin butter beans, drained, 15g cumin, 1kg of clams, Juice n zest 1 lime and coriander leaves to garnish.
Serve with griddled sour dough.
