Simon Rimmer served up a delicious Madeira Cake with German Buttercream on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 150g sugar, 150g butter, unsalted, 3 eggs, 200g self-raising flour and Zest 1 orange.
For the filling: 200g seedless raspberry jam.
For the buttercream: 350ml milk, 200g sugar, 35g cornflour, 3 eggs, 15ml vanilla and 575g butter.
