Lisa Faulkner Yorkshire puds with sausage balls and onion gravy recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner served up tasty Yorkshire puds with sausage balls and onion gravy using her grandmother recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

Tge ingredients are: 4oz plain flour, 10 fl oz milk, pinch salt, pepper, 1 egg and 1 Knorr Chicken stock cube.

For the fillings: 6 Pork and Leek sausages.

For the gravy: 2 onions sliced, 2 cloves of garlic, A few sprigs of thyme, Red wine, Chicken stock and Gravy granules.
