Lisa Faulkner served up tasty Yorkshire puds with sausage balls and onion gravy using her grandmother recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
Tge ingredients are: 4oz plain flour, 10 fl oz milk, pinch salt, pepper, 1 egg and 1 Knorr Chicken stock cube.
For the fillings: 6 Pork and Leek sausages.
For the gravy: 2 onions sliced, 2 cloves of garlic, A few sprigs of thyme, Red wine, Chicken stock and Gravy granules.
