Nadiya Hussain chia with yoghurt and granola trifle recipe on Nadiya’s Time to Eat

Nadiya Hussain served up a delicious cheat’s trifle with chia seeds, yoghurt and granola on Nadiya’s Time to Eat.

The ingredients for the yoghurt layer: 500g Greek-style yoghurt, 100g chia seeds, 5 tbsp honey and 1 tsp ground cinnamon.

For the fruit layer: 500g frozen summer fruits, 3 tbsp icing sugar and 1 orange, zest only.

For the cake layer: 175g brioche, sliced and 175g granola.

For the top: whipped cream, from a can.
