John Torode served up a tasty hummus with spiced lamb on roti bread on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients for the Hummus: 250g Chickpeas, soaked (Or jarred / tinned and warmed up to fully soften ), 1tsp Cumin seeds, toasted and ground, 60ml Lemon, juiced, 1 clove Garlic, minced, 150g Tahini and 20ml Olive oil.
For the Lamb: 300g Minced Lamb, A little paprika, A little ground cumin, A little ground coriander and 1 tbsp. olive oil.
To Serve: Shop bought rotis, Wedge of lemon, Finish with paprika or cayenne, olive oil and pine nuts.
