Rugby star Phil Vickery and John Torode served up tasty rack of lamb with cous cous and chorizo on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: Lamb rack, Chorizo cut into slices, Red onions, quartered, 3 garlic cloves, Couscous., Jarred red peppers, Artichokes from a jar, Baby tomatoes, Vegetable stock, Thyme and rosemary, Whole lemon, zest and juice, Fresh mint, Salt and pepper.
