Simon Rimmer Beef Koftas With Tabouleh recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer and will young served up tasty beef koftas with tabouleh on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 1kg minced beef, 140g fine breadcrumbs, clove garlic, small handful chopped parsley, 2 tbs harissa paste, 1 tbs sumac, splash rose water, juice n zest 2 lemons, small handful of chopped mint, 1 tsp ground cinnamon and 2 yolks.

For the tabouleh: 75g cooked bulgar wheat, Small handful each of chopped parsley and mint, 200g chopped tomatoes, deseeded, 3 chopped spring onions, 1 diced cucumber, juice and zest 1 lemon and 75ml extra virgin olive oil.
