James Martin and Angelica Bell served up a delicious banana with honey and pecan cake on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 200g butter, 200g caster sugar, 200g self-raising flour, 3 eggs, 2 bananas, 100g pecans chopped and 2 tablespoons honey.
For the icing: 200g mascarpone, 200g crème fraiche, 1 teaspoon honey and ¼ lemon, juice only.
